NexCore Group Breaks Ground on New Medical Office Building and Ambulatory Surgery Center in Westfield, IN

Officials of NexCore Group and Westfield MOB & ASC partners were on hand for the groundbreaking event.

NexCore Group, a national healthcare, life sciences, and seniors housing real estate developer, broke ground on the new, state-of-the-art Westfield Medical Office Building and Westfield Ambulatory Surgery Center in Westfield, IN. Upon its completion in 2024, the integrated healthcare facility will offer convenient and comprehensive medical services to the rapidly growing Westfield community.

Located at the intersection of US31 and SR32, the Westfield Medical Office Building and Westfield Ambulatory Surgery Center will be developed to support Outpatient Integrated Strategies (OIS). When completed, the facility will enable patients and practitioners to access local, comprehensive, and centralized care. The 3-story, class-A Medical Office Building will feature 60,000 square feet of rentable space, ample surface parking, and an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operated by Westfield Ambulatory Surgery Center, LLC. In addition to housing an ASC, the facility will feature wound care, laboratories, diagnostic imaging, and a complement of clinical spaces and physician services.

"This facility will improve patient and practitioner experiences through a model of integrated care that houses a variety of high-quality specialties and services in one location," said Nathan Golik, Executive Vice President of Real Estate Development. "Our vision is to develop a medical facility that enables people to experience high-quality, convenient, and accessible care. This project will give the Westfield community just that."

The Westfield Medical Office Building and Westfield Ambulatory Surgery Center will enable much-needed improvements to the access and quality of outpatient care in Westfield, IN. With a variety of high-quality physicians and surgeons in one convenient location, patients and families will benefit from better services and improved access to specialists. Providers will also experience enhanced efficiencies that synergize their provision of care.
