Ellington Properties, Dubai's leading and award-winning design-led boutique developer, has launched "Ellington Beach House", its first flagship project on Palm Jumeirah. Following The Ellington Collection project, which consists of nine prestigious beachfront villas, this is Ellington Properties' second residential development on the Palm. With Ellington Properties' distinctive design-led approach, Ellington Beach House will present a fresh perspective on living by the sea.

Ellington Beach House is situated on the East Crescent of the Palm Jumeirah and will include 123 units with one, two, and three bedrooms, as well as four-bedroom penthouses and ground-floor residences with swimming pools.
