NuEyes to Launch Their Next Generation Smart Glasses Aimed at the Medical and Dental Market

Date:

NuLoupes will bring surgical and dental loupes into the 21st century with its revolutionary technology and ecosystem for medical professionals

NuEyes, a pioneer in the field of augmented reality smart glass technology, is happy to announce its next generation of smart glasses called NuLoupes due out later this year. NuLoupes smart glasses are designed to revolutionize the surgical and dental loupe market

NuLoupes will bring surgical and dental loupes into the 21st century with revolutionary technology and an ecosystem for medical professionals. Moving from fixed magnification to NuLoupes' high-resolution variable digital magnification will provide surgeons and dentists with versatility and viewing area. Using NuEyes' proprietary patent-pending camera system, NuLoupes will provide live 3D stereoscopic imaging with near-zero latency. The camera system delivers sub-millimeter accurate depth perception to allow physicians to accurately understand the environment they are looking at. This revolutionary technology is key to providing natural viewing with an enhanced magnification of detailed work in front of the users.

Along with groundbreaking stereopsis imaging, NuLoupes will provide access to a limitless ecosystem of augmented reality applications and content specifically designed to help clinicians. Using high-resolution displays, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, NuLoupes will provide access to dictation/operative notes, surgical and dental navigation, object recognition, remote health, and 3D stereoscopic live streaming, as well as in-view patient data and imaging.

"It's exciting to see a product that we have been working on for years finally come to market. I am extremely appreciative of all the engineers and doctors that made NuLoupes a reality," said Mark Greget, founder and CEO of NuEyes. "The complexities of a 3D camera system that outperforms the human eye, fit into a small and ergonomic pair of AR smart glasses, will be another huge step forward for not only the medical industry but for how augmented reality is delivered."

NuEyes has worked with surgeons and dentists to design and develop NuLoupes. Their input helped shape the features, function, and ergonomic design of NuLoupes. From software needed for surgery to the pivoting camera system to help reduce fatigue. NuLoupes is revolutionizing surgical visualization.

"In my opinion, NuLoupes has the potential to be as big, if not a bigger change to the surgical experience than the robot," said Dr. Kaplan, MD, FACS Vascular Surgeon.

"NuLoupes will be like a supercomputer and 3D camera system on your head. It's groundbreaking for surgery, a true game changer in the loupe market," said Dr. Fanous, MD, FAANS Board Certified Neurosurgeon.
