Kenzie Academy Launches New Tech Micro-Credential: Certificate in Cybersecurity

Unfilled cybersecurity jobs are skyrocketing as organizations across industries elevate their data privacy, security, and cybercrime prevention efforts. Kenzie Academy will be training a new pipeline of cyber professionals to address this workforce shortage and close the skills gap with its newly launched 9-month Certificate in Cybersecurity program. The International Council of E-commerce (EC-Council) is known as the world's largest technical cybersecurity certification body and offers over 20 accredited cybersecurity certifications. Kenzie learners have the unique opportunity to:

• Complete the cybersecurity program and earn a Cybersecurity Certificate from Kenzie Academy in less than a year
• Receive vouchers to take the EC-Council certification exams for Network Defense Essentials, Ethical Hacking Essentials, and Digital Forensics Essentials
• Earn these three certifications upon passing the exams to become highly credentialed 

The program also includes EC-Council iLabs, courses focused on career-readiness to prepare for the job search, Subject Matter Expert sessions, and summative research projects for real-world learning.
