PropertyRadar Appoints Mark Hockridge as New CEO to Strengthen Commitment to Empower Small Local Business

Date:

PropertyRadar, the industry-leading platform for data-driven real estate professionals, today announced the appointment of Mark Hockridge to the role of chief executive officer. Sean O'Toole, the founder and current CEO of PropertyRadar, will assume the role of executive chairman. Sean will continue to drive the strategic vision and technical innovation at PropertyRadar.

As the incoming CEO, Hockridge will continue to strengthen PropertyRadar's commitment to empowering real estate professionals and small businesses with the power of public records data, while fortifying and evolving the company's operations, go-to-market strategy, and product evolution. He will build on the strong market momentum that PropertyRadar has produced, including rich property and owner data, integration partnerships, hyperlocal lead generation, and an online community for professionals to share ideas and collaborate.

Mark Hockridge brings extensive and seasoned experience to PropertyRadar. Most recently, he served as Chief Innovation Officer of CREtelligent. In his earlier career, Hockridge was the CEO of BayIQ and CustomerLink.

"PropertyRadar is a mission-driven company whose commitment to serving customers' needs is second to none," said Hockridge. "There is tremendous value in public records data that can be used to drive hyperlocal lead generation, allowing real estate professionals and small local businesses to compete with large companies effectively. Small businesses are the engine of our economy, and it's energizing to have a mission aligned with their success."

"Our extraordinary growth led me to seek additional leadership for the company. Having previously worked with Mark, I knew he is the right person to not only continue but accelerate that growth,"  said Sean O'Toole. "What started as a tool I built for my own real estate investing needs initially, grew to help tens of thousands of real estate professionals and continues to propel the growth of many more small local businesses. It's exciting to be creating a new category of software, hyperlocal lead generation. Mark is a leader who shares our values, and I am proud he is coming aboard to help write the next chapter of PropertyRadar's story. I am fully confident in his ability to nurture our organization's growth responsibly."
