With an undergraduate degree from USC and an MSBA from Boston University, Ms. Hoffmann has embraced lifelong learning throughout her 25-year career. She began her career as an officer in the United States Army, then worked in leadership and management positions for 22 years in the medical device industry and later in the insurance industry. Her experience in these leadership roles gave her valuable insight into coaching supervisors, managers and senior leaders.Â
When she is not working, Ms. Hoffmann is a competitive open-water swimmer, a member of her church choir, and enjoys painting.
